Every company begins with a vision, but for John, R3SOURCE began with a conviction: business should serve people, not the other way around. His career took him through seasons of fast growth, hard lessons, and a deep realization, chasing profit without purpose always leaves something missing.

It was during his time in the Philippines that John's vision truly came alive. Surrounded by a culture built on family, service, and resilience, he saw the opportunity to create something different: a business that empowered entrepreneurs in the U.S. while providing stable, meaningful careers for families in the Philippines.
