These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of R3SOURCE’s services, website, and communications ("Services"). By engaging with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

 

1. Service Overview

R3SOURCE is a third-party outsourcing company that provides administrative support, virtual assistant services, and business operations assistance. We help clients manage workflows such as customer follow-up, appointment setting, email handling, lead tracking, and general back-office tasks. 

 

2. Eligibility and Client Responsibility 

By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the company or individual receiving services. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information to facilitate service delivery. 

 

3. Consent to Communication 

You consent to receive communications from R3SOURCE via email, phone, or SMS, including service updates, task reminders, and account notices. These communications may be sent using automated systems. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential or promotional messages at any time.

• Email: You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting contact@r3source.com.

• SMS Consent: By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from R3SOURCE related to your account, enrollment, and service updates. Message frequency may vary, but will not exceed 30 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at contact@r3source.com. R3SOURCE does not share, sell, or rent your mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or using our services.

 

4. Account Security 

If you are provided with login credentials or internal access tools, you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality. Please notify R3SOURCE immediately at contact@r3source.com if you suspect unauthorized access. 

 

5. Service Expectations & Limitations 

R3SOURCE delivers support as agreed during onboarding. We do not guarantee specific results beyond our operational support and are not responsible for the outcomes of business decisions made based on our assistance. 

You agree not to: 

• Use our services for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes 

• Instruct R3SOURCE staff to perform unethical or deceptive tasks 

• Share access credentials or sensitive data with third parties without safeguards 

 

6. Payment Terms 

Service fees are billed according to the plan selected. Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to pause or terminate services due to nonpayment. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing. 

 

7. Termination 

Either party may terminate services with written notice. R3SOURCE reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in cases of abusive behavior, nonpayment, or violations of these Terms. 

 

8. Intellectual Property 

All branding, internal tools, and documentation created by R3SOURCE remain our property. Deliverables created for clients (e.g., templates, written content) may be used for business purposes but are not transferred in ownership unless agreed upon in writing. 

 

9. Confidentiality 

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information shared during our engagement. You also agree not to disclose any proprietary information received from R3SOURCE. 

 

10. Privacy Policy

11. Disclaimer of Warranties 

All Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." R3SOURCE makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, outcomes, or merchantability. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. 

 

12. Limitation of Liability 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, R3SOURCE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the thirty (30) days prior to the claim. 

 

13. Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless R3SOURCE and its representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms. 

 

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California. You waive the right to participate in a class action or jury trial. 

 

15. Modifications 

R3SOURCE may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
